If you need community nursing support then contact QHACS.
We have a team of Registered and Enrolled Nurses who are able to provide direct nursing supports. They are guided by our Clinical Nurse Consultant.
We are able to provide support for a range of requirements including:
- Trachyostomy management
- Medication administration and management
- PEG management
- IDC/SPC management
- Training of support staff
- Wound care and management
- Continence management
- Seizure management
And much more!

Our nursing team is available 24/7 for your nursing requirements.
For as little or as long as you need, you are able to book in a nurse to assist you with more complex support that may not be able to be given by a support worker.
Our nurses are clinically current and hold AHPRA registration.
