In addition to the leadership, QHACS has a wide range of disability support nurses who are qualified and experience to provide supports to clients with complex support needs and mental health concerns.
Tom B
Clinical Operations Manager
Enrolled Nurse
Tom is our Clinical & Operations Manager. His role is to oversee all complex clinical elements of support, compliance within NDIS practice, recruitment ensuring staff receive the appropriate training and providing competency-based assessments on staff in conjunction with our registered nurses.
Tom has vast experience in aged care, disability, and general medical nursing. In 2020, as part of the National Covid Relief Nursing Team, Tom flew to Melbourne and worked within covid positive aged care facilities.
The breadth of experience Tom brings to his role ensures our clients and staff have a key contact when required. Tom is also a qualified nurse educator and credentialed infection control coordinator.

- Diploma of Nursing (AHPRA Registered – Enrolled Nurse)

Erica M
General Services
Manager
My name is Erica and I’m the General Services Manager at QLD Health Academy. My career spans working in the areas of education, FMCG, and community services. I started in business development in aged home care and have since developed my skills in operations. I now have the best of both worlds utilising both my business and people skills. I have a wide scope of lived experience which is what drives me to make a positive difference in my work, the team I work with and for those which we support to live their best lives.
When I’m not working, my family and my 2 dogs keep me super busy. I’m working towards service dog training with both dogs so I can give back to those who may not family or friends who support them.
Being an Arts Therapist, I love doing any kind of art!
Paul Z
Registered Nurse –
Case Manager
My name is Paul and I am a Registered Nurse with a wide breadth of experience. Paul has experience within the aged care sector before joining QHACS.
Paul’s main role is to ensure our support staff are supported and have the appropriate training before supporting them. He is also proficient in writing NDIS clinical reports such as continence assessments in order for participants to receive appropriate funding.
Paul loves euro and Japanese cars, working them up and doing his own repairs! A handy nurse to have around!
Natalie T
Registered Nurse/Case Manager
Natalie is one of our case managers and registered nurses.
Her role is to ensure the staff feel supported and have the appropriate training to deliver high intensity supports.
Natalie comes with a wealth of knowledge in the health and was previous working in a dental clinical before becoming a Registered Nurse.
In addition to supporting staff, Natalie writes various NDIS assessments for funding reviews and is very thorough in her report writing.
Natalie is the resident cup cake maker and often brings in her treats for others to try!
Lianni
Administration Officer
My name is Lianni and I am the administration assistant at QLD Health Academy Group. For the past 8 years, I’ve worked as an administrator in the RTO sector for both domestic and international students specialising in Instrumentation and Early Childhood Education and Care. After 8 years, I moved to the recruitment sector, working with a local specialised recruitment agency. However, I made the decision to return to administration and explore a different industry.
Outside of work I love to go the beaches or my local pool as much as possible. Travelling whenever the opportunity is there. Reading and enjoying the company of my loved ones and cats. I started studying to become a Veterinary Nurse as I have a passion for animals and hope to come back one day to this.
