QHACS is an experienced provider of personal care. We are able to tailor your care and support to your wants, needs and goals.
Our qualified and experienced support workers will provide direct support as required. The support plan will be overseen by a care coordinator to ensure your wants, needs and goals are met.
Our support staff are assessed to ensure the meet the requirements to provide personal care.
Our support staff hold appropriate qualifications and have assessed in house before being able to provide support to participants.

Before providing you with support with personal care a nurse will discuss with you your wants, needs and goals.
Achieving wants, needs and goals are incredibly important in maintaining and strengthening independence and autonomy.
Appropriately trained and qualified support workers will support you to meet these wants, needs and goals.
The nurse that supported you in the creation of your support plan will continually liaise with you and the support workers to continue to meet your goals. Regular reviews will be offered as required to ensure you get the most out of your support plan.
Any time of the day a nurse is available to support workers for advice and guidance 24/7.
